Service Description

This is the classic scooter tour across the Finnmarksvidda, from Alta to Karasjok. Named by Forbes Travel Guide for one of the world's five most beautiful trips, described as the inner file of Finnmark. Here we meet the traditional inner Finnmark on a snowmobile over low-rolling plateau landscape. On the trip from Alta to Karasjok we will visit two of the traditional Mountain Lodges such as Jotka and Mollisjok Mountain Lodge. We follow parts of the Finnmarksløp route and cross Lesjavri, Finnmark's largest lake on this trip. We will spend day two exploring Karasjok and visit Sapmi Park, Knife Smith Strømeng and a tour of Karasjok`s Shopping Center. It will be an opportunity for those who want to walk on their own to make themselves known in the center of Karasjok. We will also visit Karigasniemi in Northern Finland, this is a small trading place that is often visited by shopping-hungry Norwegians. Here the prices are a little nicer than at home, and a fantastic relaxation in everyday life. On this trip, the focus is on snowmobile riding in fantastic landscapes, Experience the freedom on the plateau, the different mountain lodges, as well as experiencing the calm atmosphere in both Karasjok and Karigasniemi. This is a trip that is guaranteed to give a lot of impressions and memories. Not recommended for children under 12 as we are out most of the day.
